Packhorse Tech Co.,Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FrameCut mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using FrameCut, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you contact us for support or feedback, we may collect:
— Your email address (if you choose to provide it when contacting us);
— Any content you voluntarily submit, such as text descriptions, screenshots, or feedback.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
— Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA or Identifier for Vendor), language settings, and time zone;
— Usage data: app launch times, feature usage frequency, session duration, and interaction patterns;
— Crash and performance data: error logs, crash reports, and diagnostic information to help us improve the App's stability.
Video and audio content: FrameCut records video using your device's front and rear cameras simultaneously and saves all recordings directly to your local device. We do not upload, access, view, store, or process any of your recorded video or audio files on our servers. Your recordings remain entirely under your control on your device.
Biometric data: We do not collect, analyze, or store any biometric information from your recordings or any other source.
Precise location: We do not collect your precise GPS location. We may derive approximate location (city or country level) from your IP address solely for analytics purposes.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
— To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features;
— To analyze usage trends and optimize the user experience;
— To diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and improve App stability;
— To respond to your support inquiries or feedback;
— To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
To provide its core functionality, FrameCut requires access to certain device permissions. You will be prompted to grant these permissions before they are accessed, and you may revoke them at any time through your device's Settings.

If you deny or revoke any of these permissions, the associated features will not function, but this will not prevent you from using other parts of the App.
We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Analytics and crash data are retained in accordance with the data retention policies of our third-party service providers.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to:

— Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
— Request deletion of your personal information;
— Opt out of analytics data collection by adjusting your device's privacy settings (e.g., enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our App is a general-purpose video recording tool and does not target children. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
